      Johnley Amino Plastic Machinery & Equipment Factory is an engineering company dedicated to the design and manufacture of machinery and equipment for processing urea-formaldehyde molding compounds, melamine molding compounds, and melamine glazing powder.       Founded in 2003, our factory is located in Wuxi City, the center of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone with a long history, prosperous economy, and developed manufacturing industry as well as rich human resources, smooth market cooperation, and convenient transportation.       One-package (one-line) design service is offered catering to the demands and circumstances of various clients/chemical plants. The main equipment comprises chemical reactors, kneading machines, belt dryers, crushers, ball mills, dust separators, dust collectors, sieving machines, etc.     The company has successfully developed the domestic first production line of 10,000 tons of urea molding compound, and the product quality has reached an internationally advanced level. In recent years, the company has successfully developed a new type of glazing powder, melamine powder production line, and supporting technology in combination with the same industry. The chemical raw materials produced by our machines can meet the relevant standards in Europe and the United States.       Since the factory was established, we have designed and supplied complete equipment for more than 205 melamine production lines at home and abroad.  Modifications of 3 old lines have been accomplished in Indonesia. For the two production lines in Bangladesh, we supplied not only the complete equipment but also the chemical formula (technical know-how). Our factory has the strength to build an amino molding production line with a total annual output of 100,000 tons.       Our machines have been exported to Bangladesh, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, and Middle East countries as well. Focusing on high quality, good service, and reasonable prices, we will try our best efforts as ever to satisfy the needs of different customers for each order. That is what we are doing now and we will continue to do so in the future.

Ball mills are crucial equipment for crushing and grinding materials and are widely used in industrial production as highly efficient and fine-grinding machinery. Various Types of Ball Mills: There are several types of ball mills available, including tube ball mills, rod ball mills, cement ball mills, ultra-fine laminating mills, hand ball mills, horizontal ball mills, ball mill bearings, energy-saving ball mills, gangue flow ball mills, ceramic ball mills, and grid ball mills.   Applications: Ball mills are suitable for grinding and pulverizing various ores and materials, making them widely used in industries such as mining, building materials, and chemical engineering. Components of a Ball Mill: A ball mill consists of a cylinder, a hollow shaft for material feeding and discharging, and grinding heads. The cylinder is a long cylindrical body that contains the grinding media. It is made of steel plates, and steel liners are fixed on the cylinder to enhance durability. Grinding Media The grinding media in a ball mill are typically steel balls of different diameters, loaded into the cylinder in specific proportions. The grinding media can also be made of steel bars, depending on the application.   Working Principle of Ball Mill 1. Depending on the particle size of the grinding material, the material is loaded into the cylinder through the hollow shaft at the feed end of the ball mill. 2. As the cylinder of the ball mill rotates, the grinding media adheres to the inner liner of the cylinder due to inertia, centrifugal force, and friction. 3. When the grinding media reaches a certain height while being carried by the rotating cylinder, they are ejected by their own gravity, acting like projectiles that crush the materials inside the cylinder. 4. The materials are uniformly fed into the first chamber of the mill through the hollow shaft, following a spiral path. 5. The chamber is equipped with stepped or corrugated liners, which are embedded with steel balls of various specifications. 6. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force, causing the steel balls to fall and exert significant impact and grinding effects on the materials. 7. After coarse grinding in the first chamber, the materials pass through a single-layer partition and enter the second chamber, where they undergo further grinding with smooth liners and steel balls. 8. The powdered materials are discharged through a discharge grate, indicating the completion of the grinding operation. As a critical equipment for material pulverization, ball mills play an essential role in various industries.
