Product introduction
The freezing tank is a special equipment designed for the aminoplastic production line, and it is equipped next to the kneader.
The paddles (rotational speed 0-3rpm) in the freezing tank have an angle, which can push the material from the inlet to the outlet.
The cooling bin is equipped next to the kneader. Cool water or steam may be filled inside its jacket to adjust temperature. The agitator inside the bin normally has spiral spades moving round at the speed of 0 -3 rpm.
The material is discharged into the dryer through the freezing tank to improve the drying efficiency.
