When a reactor failure occurs, here are some possible troubleshooting steps:
1. Shut down the reactor
If a fault or abnormal situation is found, first stop the operation of the reactor. Make sure to cut off all power and energy supplies.
2. Safety check
Before repairing, ensure the safety of yourself and other personnel. Check for risks such as hazardous material leaks, high temperatures or pressures.
3. Check sensors and instruments
Check whether sensors and instruments such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, etc. are working properly. Repair or replace damaged or failed sensors.
4. Check the stirrer and heating system
Check whether the stirrer is stuck or damaged, and make sure the heating system is functioning properly. Repair or replace faulty parts.
5. Clean the reactor
If blockage or accumulation occurs, clean the inside of the reactor, including pipes and valves. Make sure the passage is clear.
6. Check the control system
Check whether the control panel, controller and programs are set up and operated correctly. Make adjustments and repairs as needed.
7. Contact the supplier
If you cannot solve the fault or are not sure how to troubleshoot, it is recommended to contact the supplier or manufacturer of the reactor for technical support and advice.
