A Step-by-Step Guide to Operating Amino Molding Plastics Production Equipment

1. Raw Material Preparation
Start by precisely weighing key materials like amino resin, along with 固化剂 (curing agents), fillers, and colorants, strictly following the production formula. High-precision weighing devices ensure accuracy, as the ratio of raw materials significantly impacts the final product. Mix the weighed materials preliminarily for even distribution.
2. Kneading Process
Use a specialized kneader. Our kneader features unique temperature control, with two mixing rods and the machine shell working together for efficient heat exchange. Pour the mixed raw materials into the kneader, set the temperature at around 50 - 60℃ and an appropriate mixing speed. Observe the material’s color and viscosity during kneading to judge the process, which usually takes dozens of minutes to several hours.
3. Drying Treatment
After kneading, the materials need drying. Our multi-layer belt dryers control temperature and wind speed precisely. Spread the kneaded materials on the conveyor belt, set the drying parameters, and regularly sample to check moisture content, adjusting parameters as needed.
4. Molding Process
For the molding stage, our advanced equipment with optimized cooling design, like the combination of the primary and secondary cooling chambers, ensures product strength and toughness. Feed dried materials into the mold, control molding temperature, pressure, and holding time accurately according to different product requirements.
5. Post-processing
Finally, post-processing includes demolding carefully, trimming flash and burrs, and conducting comprehensive quality inspections covering dimensions, hardness, and electrical insulation. Only qualified products are packaged.
