Detailed Technology Description

1. Off-Gas Circulation Process:

- Utilizes off-gas to remove reaction heat and improve formaldehyde concentration, saving steam.

2. Flue Gas Circulation Process:

- Uses flue gas from off-gas incineration to increase yield and enhance safety.

3. Incomplete Conversion Process:

- Feeds excess methanol to reduce reaction temperature, minimizing side reactions and methanol consumption.

4. Low Consumption:

- Methanol Consumption: 440-445 Kg/t
