Introduction
In a general sense, a reactor refers to a stainless container where physical or chemical reactions take place. The container's structure design and parameter configuration enable various processes such as cooling, heating, evaporation, and low-speed mixing.
This versatile equipment finds applications in the food, dairy, beverage, wine, medicine, and chemical industries.
Positioned on top of the reactor are interfaces for material input, cleaning, a manhole opening, a lip, and a discharge port at the bottom of the tank. To ensure smooth operation, a cycloid speed reducer made of SUS304 stainless steel is used. The reactor comprises an outer pipe dish, a barrel, and a mixing system. Heating of the reactor is achieved through the use of steam or hot water.
