Introduction to Equipment Structure
The eddy mill we present features a versatile structure that accommodates 3 to 4 rotors, providing four rotor positions. Each rotor is composed of fourteen blades and two splints, creating fourteen separate crushing chambers. By utilizing a high-speed distributor, materials are introduced into these chambers. The rapid rotation of the rotors generates countless ultrasonic eddy currents within the air, resulting in high-frequency pressure that induces vibration and effectively crushes the materials.
The Features of Crusher
a. Sequential Processing for Enhanced Fineness
To achieve optimal fineness, the material undergoes a three-stage transfer process. It progresses from the initial stage to the second stage and finally to the third stage. As a result, approximately 90% of the material obtains a fineness ranging between 80 to 100 mesh.
b. Exceptional Fineness Achievement with Multiple Rotors
By employing all four rotors, this equipment enables the attainment of an impressive fineness of 2μm for brittle materials. Moreover, it demonstrates the capability to process materials that are either emplastic or elastic, offering versatile applications for various material types.
c. Minimal Temperature Rise for Heat-Sensitive Materials
During operation, this equipment exhibits minimal temperature elevation, rendering it highly advantageous for crushing heat-sensitive raw materials commonly found in the chemical industry.
