Urea Production Freezing Tank

Introduction to Freezing Tank

The freezing tank is a specialized equipment specifically designed for the aminoplastic production line. It is positioned adjacent to the kneader in the production process.

  • 1. Equipped with paddles that operate at a rotational speed of 0-3rpm, the freezing tank facilitates the movement of materials from the inlet to the outlet.
  • 2. To adjust the temperature, the cooling bin, located next to the kneader, can be filled with either cool water or steam within its jacket. Inside the bin, there is an agitator with spiral spades that move in a circular motion at a speed of 0-3 rpm.
  • 3. By passing through the freezing tank, the material is discharged into the dryer, improving the overall drying efficiency.
