Johnley Factory is here to present the detailed operation process of the reactor for melamine molding production. Understanding how the reactor works plays a crucial role in ensuring its optimal performance and reliability.
Before using the reactor
1. Check whether the inside of the kettle, agitator, rotating parts, auxiliary equipment, indicating instruments, safety valves, pipelines and valves meet the safety requirements.
2. Check whether the water, electricity and gas meet the safety requirements.
The reactor is in use
1. The agitator of the reactor should be turned on before feeding. When there is no noise and it is normal, the feed should be added to the reactor, and the amount of feed should not exceed the process requirements.
2. Before opening the steam valve, first open the return valve, and then open the intake valve. Open the steam valve slowly to preheat the jacket and increase the pressure gradually. The pressure in the jacket must not exceed the specified value.
3. The steam valve and the cooling valve cannot be activated at the same time, and hammering and collision are not allowed when the steam pipeline passes through the gas.
4. When opening the cooling water valve, first open the return valve, and then open the water inlet valve. The cooling water pressure must not be lower than 0.1 MPa, nor higher than 0.2 MPa.
5. For water ring vacuum pumps, the pump should be turned on first and then the water should be supplied. When the pump is stopped, the pump should be stopped first and then the water should be stopped, and the accumulated water in the pump should be removed.
6. Check the operation of the reactor at any time, and stop it for maintenance if any abnormality is found.
7. When cleaning the reaction kettle, it is not allowed to brush the reaction kettle with alkaline water, and be careful not to damage the enamel.
After using the reactor
1. Stop stirring, cut off the power supply, and close various valves.
2. When shoveling the pot, the power of the mixer must be cut off, a warning sign should be hung, and someone should be supervised.
3. The reactor must undergo regular technical inspection according to the requirements of the pressure vessel. If the inspection fails, it must not be driven.
The maintenance of the reactor
All reactors are maintained every three months. During maintenance, check whether the valves and pipelines are leaking, whether the stirring shaft is rotating smoothly, whether there is abnormal noise in the bearings, whether the oil of the reducer has turned black or is below the horizontal line, on the kettle body and on the pipelines. The pressure gauge is checked every six months, and the safety valve and kettle are checked once a year.
In all the operation process of the reactor is a complex yet crucial aspect of many chemical processes. With the proper understanding and execution of each step, the reactor can operate at its highest level of efficiency and reliability, ultimately leading to the creation of high-quality products.
