Last month Johnley Amino Plastic Machinery and Equipment Factory safely shipped machines and equipment for the customer-ordered amino molding compound production line. The reaction kettle and kneader can just be loaded into the container, and the factory workers make full use of the space to arrange the machine accessories to be loaded into the container. Johnley Factory experienced and professional installation team and engineer team arrived at the site on April. 25th. The installation work is going smoothly.  

The ball milling capacity of the ball mill refers to the amount of ball milling materials per unit time, and its unit is generally tons/hour. There are many factors that affect the production capacity of a ball mill:     1. The hardness of the material. The harder the material is, the more difficult it is for ball milling, and the more serious the wear and tear on the equipment. The milling speed of the ball mill is slow, and of course the milling capacity of the ball mill is small. 2. The humidity of the material, that is, when the moisture content in the material is large, the material is easy to adhere to the ball mill, and it is also easy to be blocked during the feeding and conveying process, resulting in a reduction in the grinding capacity of the ball mill. 3. The fineness of the material after ball milling requires high fineness, that is, the finer the material produced by the ball mill, the smaller the grinding capacity of the ball mill. 4. The composition of the material, the more fine powder contained in the material before ball milling, the more it will affect the ball milling, because these fine powders are easy to adhere and affect the transportation. For those with a lot of fine powder content, it should be sieved once in advance. 5. The viscosity of the material. That is, the greater the viscosity of the material, the easier it is to adhere. 6. The better the wear resistance of the ball milling parts (hammer, jaw plate) of the ball mill, the greater the milling capacity of the ball mill. If it is not wear-resistant, it will affect the milling capacity of the ball mill.
